QUAD Window, Siding and Roof Sealant was originally developed for vinyl siding and window applications. The product is ideal for use in many gutter and roofing projects where water and weather-tight seals are required.
A new VOC compliant formula was created to supply VOC restricted areas with a product that not only meets the high quality standards set by the original formula, but satisfies all State and Federal VOC regulations. QUAD VOC meets thse standards and is available in an impressive color pallet.
States affected by new VOC regulations are California, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania
Works On All Substrates
QUAD is recommended for use on porous and non-porous building materials for exterior applications on vinyl, aluminum, steel, fiber-cement, stucco, masonry, fiberglass, cedar and composite wood materials; metal or vinyl gutter systems; and most home roofing repair projects.
